Purchase Policy
Effective August 24, 2026. These terms explain what happens from checkout through fulfillment and how recurring membership renewals can be managed.
We currently ship to supported United States destinations using the USPS methods shown at checkout. Before your order is approved for shipping, we confirm your age, delivery address, taxes, payment, item availability, and any required adult-signature service. Delivery estimates begin after shipping approval and are not guarantees.
Some items require an additional availability check. If Yuzu cannot confirm availability or lawfully ship an item, the affected item or order will be canceled and a refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Payment alone does not guarantee shipment; check your account for shipping approval.
Do not mail tobacco products back without authorization. Contact support within 7 calendar days after delivery for a damaged, incorrect, or missing item and include the order number and photos when applicable. Because tobacco condition and custody cannot be verified after delivery, change-of-mind returns of delivered tobacco are not accepted. Yuzu will provide a replacement, credit, or refund when a documented fulfillment error or covered damage is confirmed, subject to applicable law.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Yuzu initiates the refund promptly after approval; the bank or card network controls when the credit appears. Shipping charges are refunded when Yuzu cancels the full order or confirms a covered fulfillment error, but not for an accepted delivery that is later refused without authorization.
Memberships renew automatically at the price and billing interval selected at checkout: monthly, every three months, or yearly. Prepaid quarterly and yearly plans renew for the same interval. Sign in to your account and choose Manage Billing to cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues through that date. Membership charges already processed are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate or erroneous charges, unprovided paid benefits, or rights required by applicable law.
